These are the rules of the road for using ReefWise. We’ve kept them short so you actually read them.

What ReefWise is

A reef chemistry calculator and parameter tracker. The numbers it spits out are estimates— always add doses slowly and test after.

Use it sensibly

You’re responsible for what goes in your tank. We do our best with the math, but reefkeeping is a craft, not a guarantee. If a calculation looks wrong, sanity-check it before dosing.

Accounts

Sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Don’t share accounts, and let us know if yours gets compromised.

Pro access

• Pro is free for every early adopter during the early-access window.
• When Pro becomes a paid subscription, existing accounts get plenty of warning before any change.
• Once paid Pro is live, you can cancel any time from /account and keep access until the end of your billing period.

What we ask of you

• Don’t try to break, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Don’t use ReefWise to harm coral, livestock, or other reefers (we know, but legal said).

What you can ask of us

• Best-effort uptime. We don’t promise zero downtime — small team, real product.
• Bug reports, refund questions, feature requests, anything else — send us a message.

Liability

ReefWise is provided as-is. We’re not liable for tank crashes, livestock loss, or chemistry mishaps. Trust your test kits, dose conservatively, and you’ll be fine.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we’ll email account holders before they take effect.
